摘　　要：农村失能老人长期护理不仅是老年人及其家庭的责任,同时也是一个严峻的社会问题。在我国老龄化程度不断加深的背景下这一问题日益凸显。本文在分析我国农村地区失能老人和空巢家庭情况的基础上,结合我国农村地区的经济和社会保障情况,提出在我国农村地区实施长期护理保险的政策建议。The long - term care service for the rural disabled elderly is not only the responsibility of their families concerned but also a serious social problem. In the case of the aging degree getting deepened, this problem has become increasingly prominent. Based on analysis of disabled elderly and empty nest families in China＇s rural areas and combining the economic and social secur- ity situations there, the author puts forward the policy recommendation to implement long- term care insurance in rural areas of China.
