传统中国农村的社区管理及其启示——以清末民初江西寻乌为例

摘　　要：长久以来,学术界关于传统中国农村的社区管理的认识分歧较大;毛泽东八十五年前(1930年)所进行的著名"寻乌调查",就清末民初江西南部寻乌农村的社区管理展示了详实而生动的内容,为我们准确解读与认识传统中国乡村社区管理提供了一个不可多得的典型个案;梳理与研究清末民初寻乌农村社区管理的具体内容、经费来源、管理绩效及其历史经验,对当前中国村民自治及其新农村建设不乏许多有益启示。For a long time,the awareness in the academia about traditional China＂ s rurat eommumty tna,ta^- merit has many differences;the famous ＂REPORT FROM XUNWU＂ ,written by Mao- Zedong in the south of Jian- gxi Province 85 years ago, detailed and vividly recorded the contents about the Xunwu ＇ s rural community manage- ment, providing a rare and typical case to understand the China＇ s rural community management for us. Carding and researching the content selection and sources of funding management performance and historical experience about the rural community management in the report may provide some beneficial enlightenment for the villagers＇ autono- my and the new rural construction in the present China.
