摘　　要：The movie＇s English title, Red Amnesia, may well be an inconvenient reminder of the memories of the Cultural Revolution （1966-1976）. but it is somewhat misleading. For the most part, the movie is a reflection of the predicaments of aging urban seniors and their difficult relationships, even with their own grown-up children. This said, the Chinese title, Intruder （ 闯入者 ）, seems to be a far better option.
