试析山东抗日根据地减租减息政策的实施

摘　　要：抗日战争爆发后,中共山东省委领导了多次武装起义,成立了统一的抗日民主政权,建立了各级抗日政府。1940年,山东抗日根据地基本形成。在山东抗日根据地创建和发展的过程中,减租减息运动经历了政策宣传、全面实施和查减巩固三个阶段,推动了根据地的建设和发展。After the outbreak of anti-Japanese war, the CPC committee of Shandong province launched several uprisings, set up unified anti-Japanese democracy, and established anti-Japanese governments at all levels. And in 1940, the anti-Japanese base area in Shandong was established. In the process of establishment and development of this base area, the rent-and-interest reducing policy went through three stages （publicity, implementation and consolidation）, thus furthering the construction and development of this base area.
