摘　　要：《数学课程与教学论》的学习对学生将来从事数学教学工作、更好地适应基础教育改革有十分重要的意义。为使学生有效掌握课程理论知识,作者在教学实践中,积极改革探索,创新教学模式,在进行理论教学的同时,同步实施"导师制",分组训练学生的"教案编写、试讲、说课"等技能,奠定学生专业技能基础,通过理论联系实际,增强学生实践能力,为地方经济建设和基础教育发展培养有用人才。It is of necessity for students to learn Math Curriculum and Teaching Theory because of its important role in math-teaching program. In order to let students have a good command of this subject, the author of this paper explores a new teaching pattern, carries out ＂tuitor system＂, trains students teaching skills, and improves students＇ teaching abilities, in the hope of training talents for local economic construction and elementary education.
