摘 要:在管道防腐蚀方面,搪瓷等无机涂层相对于有机涂层具有更优良的耐腐蚀性、耐热冷性和抗老化性。但搪瓷釉料熔点高,成型条件要求高,使搪瓷复合管加工难度增大,在涂搪过程中存在涂覆不均匀、加工长度受限制等问题。为解决这一问题,在传统涂搪工艺基础上,研制了自动化程度高的涂搪工艺设备,改进了涂搪工艺方法,开发了一种搪瓷复合管的制造方法。对生产的搪瓷复合管进行耐蚀检测的结果表明,按该方法制造的管线具有良好的涂层结合性能、油气介质适用性能和耐腐蚀性能。In the field of pipdine anticorrosion, enamel coating and other inorganic coatings have better corrosion resistance, heat and cold resistance and aging resistance than organic coatings. But the enamel glaze has a high softening point and the requirement of the molding conditions is high, so the difficulty of processing the enamel composite pipe increases. There are many problems like uneven coating, machining length restriction in the enameling process. To solve these problems, a high degree of automation equipment used in enameling process was developed, the enameling process was improved and a method for manufacturing enamel composite pipe was developing based on the traditional enameling process. The results of the corrosion resistance testing of the enamel composite pipe showed that the enamel composite pipe produced by this method had good oil and gas medium usability and corrosion resistance.
