摘 要:我国核电站、炼油厂经多年服役,腐蚀问题日益突出,其中小口径管道的腐蚀十分严重,如饮用水管道、消防水管道等,发生多处穿孔泄漏,并已严重堵塞。小口径管道的腐蚀综合治理是世界级难题,旋风法处理技术可高效地对管道进行腐蚀积污清理和内壁涂装,从而达到腐蚀治理效果。本文详细介绍旋风法处理技术的特点及应用范围,并通过该技术在饮用水管道的工程应用案例,表明旋风法技术是一种高效可行小口径管道腐蚀治理技术。With the extension of service years of nuclear power plant and oil refinery, the corrosion problem becomes increasingly prominent, especially the corrosion of small diameter pipelines. Daily inspection shows that the leakage and blockage of drinking water system are quite serious, as well as the fire water system. The antieorrosion of small- diameter pipeline is a world-class problem, which can be solved by employing cyclone technique. In this article, the features and applied range of cyclone anticorrosion technique are introduced. Furthermore, the application of this technique to drinking water pipe is described in detail, which shows that the cyclone anticorrosion technique is efficient and feasible.
