摘  要:研制了一种基于Czerny-Turner(C-T)交叉式分光光路结构、以半导体制冷线阵CCD为探测器的高分辨率小型化拉曼光谱仪;分析了影响光谱成像质量的主要像差,并进行了消彗差和消象散优化设计与验证;利用Tracepro光学追迹软件对整体光路进行了模拟调整,对样机的性能进行了初步测试。测试结果表明,波数范围为200~2 700cm-1,光谱分辨率为6~8cm-1,信噪比(SNR)为300∶1。将其应用于药品、玉石等样品的鉴别,取得了满意的结果。In this paper,a high resolution portable Raman spectrometer based on asymmetric cross Czerny-Turner (CT) optical structure and TE cooled linear CCD is designed and optimized. The C-T structure is typically used in the monochromator with a curved image plane,which does not match the detector surface of the CCD. In order to achieve both high resolution and high sensitivity, the main optical aberrations are analyzed,and then a design method for coma and astigmatism correction is presented. Tracepro is used to simulate the aberrations before and after optimization,which significantly shows the changes of the overall spectrum resolution and sensitivity. With a laser diode (785 nm), the portable Raman spectrometer is applied in drug and jade identification with satisfactory results,and has the spectral range of 200--2700 cm ^-1 ,the spectral resolution (FWHM) of 6-8 cm^-1 ,and the signal-to-noise ratio of 300 : 1.
