摘　　要：以南京图书馆为例,简述了公共图书馆为什么要摄制视频专题片资源,详细论述了摄制的技术标准、工作模式、运作流程和注意事项,并结合工作实践引发了4点思考。Taking Nanjing Library as an example, this paper briefly discussed why public library filmed featured video, and described its technical standard, working mode, operation process and attentive points in detail, and then proposed four thinking based on the working practice.
