摘　　要：文章阐释了农村图书馆(室)在新农村文化建设中的作用,并通过分析中国农村图书馆(室)建设的现状和问题,提出优化措施:农村图书馆(室)要从经费、资源配置、培训、管理制度、服务模式、资源共享等多方面着手,为新农村文化建设服务。This paper expounded the role of rural libraries in the cultural construction of new countryside, and then proposed optimizing measures through analyzing the current situation and problems of rural library construction, which was that rural library should improve fund, resource allocation, training, management system, service mode and resource sharing, to serve the cultural construction of new countryside.
