摘　　要：信息化建设是高校图书馆发展的重要内容之一,它能够有效地提高图书馆内部的管理水平,转变图书馆的读者服务工作,使图书信息资源以更加多样的方式呈现。高校图书馆在发展过程中也存在着设施建设水平参差不齐、数字化资源的数量和质量发展不均衡、图书馆馆员信息化能力不足等问题。为了有效提高高校图书馆信息化建设水平,从高校图书馆形成合作联盟、发展数字化信息资源和完善图书馆员培训3个维度提出了信息化实施方面的建议。Informatization construction is an important part in the development of university library, which can effectively improve the internal management of library and transform library＇s reader service, making library information resources present in a more diverse way. University library has also faced the following problems in the development process： uneven level of infrastructure construction, unbalanced quantity and quality of digital resources, insufficient information capabilities of librarians. In order to effectively improve the informatization construction level of university library, this paper made recommendations in three areas： forming university library cooperation alliance, developing digital information resources, improving the training for librarians.
