摘　　要：以中国内资管理咨询企业为研究对象,对管理咨询服务的商业流程进行了分析,针对具体的知识管理方法和环节,提出了合理地知识管理体系框架。以提高管理咨询企业的运营效率为目标,从知识管理部门专业化,知识管理系统更新制度化、咨询顾问信息共享正规化等方面论述了知识管理体系框架的设计要素,同时提出了管理咨询企业知识管理体系建设过程中应注意的几个问题。This article focused on China-funded management consulting companies. It analyzed the business process of management consulting service and designed a reasonable framework of knowledge management. By making the department of knowledge management more professional, updating knowledge management system according to specific rules and sharing information among consultants more formally, the firms could reach the goal of increasing the management efficiency. Also, the article mentioned some issues that should be paid attention to during the con- struction of knowledge management system.
