摘　　要：从图书馆服务效益入手,通过介绍广州图书馆的开放情况,列举2014年读者量、借阅量、服务效益的统计数据,分析了广州图书馆读者量速增的原因,并探讨读者量增加后提高服务效益的对策。This paper introduced the opening of Guangzhou library, and showed the statistical data about readership, borrowing and service benefit in 2014. And then, it analyzed the causes of rapid increase of readers in Guangzhou library, and explored the countermeasures for improving the service benefit when the readers increased.
