摘 要:自动气象站运行以来,对雨量计的标校工作一直采用单向调节法。笔者在用这一方法进行雨量计标校过程中,发现用10 mm雨量标准器测量大雨强和小雨强误差时,大雨强为9.4mm,小雨强为10.4mm,出现了离散误差的现象。用常规调试计量翻斗容量调节螺钉修正大雨强误差,则小雨强误差超标。采用双向调节上翻斗定位螺钉与计量翻斗容量调节螺钉对翻斗的翻转角度,这个问题得以解决。Since the automatic weather station putting into the operation, the calibration of the rain gauge has been adopting one-way adjustment method. During the process of rain gauge calibration , it found that the heavy rain intensity is 9. 4 mm and the light rain intensity is 10. 4 when using the 10 mm rainfall standard to measure the heavy and light rainfall intensity. It appears the phenomenon of discretization error. The error of heavy rainfall intensity is corrected by conventional adjusting the screw of tipping bucket. For the error of light rainfall intensity, it can be solved by adopting two-way adjustment for the screw on the top of tipping bucket and flip angle.
