摘 要:以鄱阳湖南矶山自然湿地优势植物灰化苔草(Carex cinerascens)为研究对象,采用盆栽方法,研究不同铅浓度(0,50,100,150,200,300,500 mg/kg)下,整个培养期(包括苗期,生长期和成熟期)内灰化苔草叶片叶绿素和光谱参数的变化.研究结果表明:灰化苔草对重金属Pb的耐受极限超过500 mg/kg,敏感浓度是150 mg/kg.低浓度(0~150 mg/kg)Pb胁迫条件下,灰化苔草叶片叶绿素受抑制明显;高浓度(200~500 mg/kg)Pb胁迫条件下,灰化苔草呈现出了一定的耐Pb性.灰化苔草生长期的蓝谷深度、绿峰峰值、红谷深度和NDVI705等光谱参数可以作为其受重金属Pb污染的指示.重金属Pb污染下灰化苔草最佳监测生育期为其生长期.Carex cinerascens (C. cinerascens), one of the dominant species in Poyang Lake Natural Wetland, is taken as the research object in this paper. By pot culture, this paper studies the change of chlorophyll and spectral parameters of leaves under the different concentration of lead (0, 50,100,150,200,300, 500 dunng its culture period, including the seeding ms/ks) stage, growing season and flowing season. Results show that the tolerance limit of C. Cinerascens leaves exceeds 500 mg/kg to heavy metal Pb, and the sensitive concentration is 150 mg/kg. The chlorophyll of leaves are inhibited by Pb pollution obviously at low concentrations (0-150 mg/kg) of Pb, but it shows a certain Pb resistance at high concentrations (200-500 mg/kg). The Blue Valley depth, Green Peak value, Blue Valley depth and NDVIT~ of spectral dates in growing season can be used as indicators of Pb pollution. Meanwhile, the spectral parameters in growing stage is found more sensitive than those in other two periods, so growing season is the best monitoring growth period.
