摘　　要：利用扫描电子显微镜首次对俄罗斯远东滨海边疆区龙胆属(Gentiana(Tourn.)L.)植物花粉形态进行观察研究。结果表明,该属植物花粉均为单粒花粉,均具3孔沟,椭圆形至长椭圆形,中等大小,外壁纹饰为条纹-网状或条纹状。花粉粒大小、网眼形状和网脊宽度在不同物种间存在一定差异,这些微观形态差异可作为种间分类依据。Pollen morphology of eight speices in Gentiana （Tourn.） L. from the Russia Far East Primorsky was studied for the first time, using scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the pollen was single with 3 tricolporate, elliptic or oblong in shape and medium in size, and the exine sculpture was stripe-reticulate or striped. The size, mesh shape and width of the net ridge were various in species, which could be used as the interspecific classification basis.
