摘　　要：论文选取云南省16个州市的经济发展指标与环境污染指标,运用主成份分析法对各州市经济发展和环境污染情况进行分析,在综合得分的基础上,将云南省16州市进行聚类分析,划分为六个等级,四个板块,第一板块属于经济发达并且环境污染严重的地区:昆明、曲靖、玉溪、红河,这四个州市根据数据的差异,分为三种类型;第二板块属于经济发达并且环境污染小的地区:文山、大理、楚雄、昭通;第三板块属于经济欠发达但环境质量高的地区:怒江、迪庆、丽江、普洱、德宏、临沧、西双版纳;第四板块属于经济欠发达但环境污染严重的地区:保山。论文针对不同类型的州市提出对策建议。This paper selects the indices of economic development and environmental pollution in 16 cities and states of Yunnan province to analyze the condition of economic development and environmental pollution by using the principle component analysis method.Based on the synthesis score, 16 cities and states are divied into six levels and four types. The first belongs to the developed economy and serious environmental pollution area, including Kunming, Qujing, Yuxi, Honghe. According to the different data, these four cities are divided into three species. The second belongs to the developed economy and little environmental pollution region： Wenshan, Dali, Chuxiong,Zhaotong. The third are underdeveloped but high environmental quality： Nujiang, Diqing, Lijiang, Puer, Dehong, Lincang, Xishuangbanna.The fourth are underdeveloped but serious environmental pollution area： Baoshan.The thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the different types of states and cities.
