摘　　要：新形势下,构建现代公共文化服务体系,是保障和改善民生的重要举措,是全面深化文化体制改革、促进文化事业繁荣发展的必然要求,是弘扬社会主义核心价值观、建设社会主义文化强国的重大任务。文章以咸宁市为例,在分析咸宁市公共文化服务体系建设现状和问题的基础上,就构建现代公共文化服务体系进行探讨。Under the new situation, the establishment of public cultural service system of modern times is a crucial measure that can ensure and improve people＇s livelihood, is an inevitable demand that can promote flourishing development of cultural undertakings and is a vital mission that can carry forward socialist core values and establish a socialist cultural power. The thesis takes Xianning as an example to discuss the public cultural service system of modern times on the basis of analyzing the status quo and problem of public cultural service system of Xianning.
