摘  要:煤矿井下工作面由于开采条件差,不仅工人劳动强度大、安全系数低,而且生产效率低下,采用无人化综采成套装备可以实现工作面"无人跟机作业,有人安全值守"采场无人化作业的目的,而液压支架电液控制系统是其关键组成设备。该系统实现液压支架邻架、成组控制和跟机自动化功能,并通过网络与顺槽监控中心联接,井下顺槽监控中心主控计算机可与各个支架上的控制器进行数据通讯,收集、存储各个支架的状态信息并以图形方式显示,还可以通过网络系统将数据传送到地面,并可在地面网络上发布。Because of the bad mining conditions of coal mine working face, the workers labor intensity is large, safety factor is low and the production efficiency is low. Using unmanned comprehensive mechanized equipment can realize the purpose of "nobody with machine work but someone with safety unattended" and unmanned operation of the face. The hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is the key equipment. The system can realize the hydraulic support adjacent planes, group control and automation of machine. Through the connection of the network and consecutive monitoring center, the master controller of underground transportation tunnel monitoring center can communicate data with controllers of various supports, collect and store the state information of various supports and graphically display them, deliver data to the ground by the network system and release them on the ground network.
