摘　　要：江宁开发区自2010年成为南京市第三个国家级经济开发区,区域经济的发展上升到新的平台,开发区秉承创新驱动发展的战略,积极进行产业结构的优化升级,以此提高综合实力。在江宁经济开发区为研究对象的基础上,通过对现有的国内外经济区的成功经验分析,结合江宁区的产业结构现状和金融支持现状,提出能促进江宁经济开发区产业结构升级的可行性金融支持策略。Since 2010, Nanjing Jiangning development zone became the third national economic development zone, the development of regional economy rose to a new platform. The development zone uphold innovation driven development strategy and actively carried on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure to improve the comprehensive strength. This paper takes Jiangning economic development zone as the research object, through analyzing the successful experience of the existing economic zone at home and abroad, combines the present situation of Jiangning area industrial structure and the status quo of the financial support to work out the feasibility of financial support policy, which can promote the industrial structure upgrade of Jiangning economic development zone.
