摘 要:采用文献资料法、实验对比法和数理统计法,以陕西师范大学体育学院2013级体育教育专业的30名男生为研究对象,把30名男生分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用核心力量训练,对照组采用传统训练方法,2组分别对110m栏进行每周2次,每次2个学时,每学时50min,共5周的学习。结果表明,实验组的成绩明显好于对照组,核心力量训练对110m栏的成绩有一定的提高,从而为教练员在110m栏的教学中科学安排核心力量训练提供了一定的理论依据。In this paper, using the methods of literature revlew, comparative analysis and mathematical staffstics, taking the 30 boys in the school of Shanxi Normal University Sports Institute 2013 level of sports education majors as the object of study, the 30 students were divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group uses the core strength training, the control group uses the traditional strength training, twice a week, two periods each time, 50 minutes each period a total of five weeks of learning. The result shows that the experimentsl group performed significantly better than the control group, core strength training enhances achievement on 110 meter hurdle, and it provides a theoretical basis for coaches on scientific arrangement of core strength training.
