摘　　要：业余体校乒乓球运动员管理是进行科学训练、参赛,培养高水平体育人才不可缺少的重要工作。加强业余体校乒乓球运动员的管理,是摆在教练员面前的重要课题。通过对芜湖市青少年体育学校乒乓球运动员训练与管理工作的探讨,提出加强业余体校乒乓球运动员管理工作的5点思考:以德育人;从难要求,严格训练;加强队风建设;强化纪律教育;提高教练员的自身素质。Management on table tennis players in amateur sports school is an indispensable important job in scientific training, joining in competition and training high level sports talents. To strengthen the management of table tennis players in amateur sports school is an important project in front of the coaches. Through analyzing the Wuhu Youth Sports School table tennis playerstraining and management work, the author suggests five points of thought about strengthening the amateur sports school table tennis players＇management： Good for edu- cating people, severe requirements, strict training, to strengthen the construction of the team style, to strengthen discipline education and to improve their own qualities of the coaches.
