摘 要:日本在1905年取得日俄战争的胜利后加快了对中国"满"蒙地区和东部沿海地区的侵略准备步伐。然而,很少有人知道在此之前直至此后的较长一段时间,日本还积极策划对中国西藏地区进行渗透并做好侵略的准备。明治时期,东本愿寺僧侣寺本婉雅接受日本军方等派遣到中国西藏地区一带活动,对其进藏途中和在藏活动的情况做了详细的记录。他死后其子和出版社根据该记录编出一本题为《藏蒙旅行记》的书,此可谓一部对西藏进行渗透和做好侵略准备的"自白书"。本文根据此书并参考一些书籍,对婉雅的生平和日本部分佛教人物为何在此时积极对华(含西藏)展开活动以及日本军方等的企图做说明和分析,并对婉雅进藏和在藏活动的情况及其失败的原因做揭露和剖析。After its victory in Russo-Japanese War in 1905, Japan accelerated its pace in preparing the invasion of Manchuria, Inner Mongolia and eastern coastal areas of China. However, few people know that Japan had been actively designing its penetration in Tibet before and after 1905. Dating back to Meiji Era, a monk from Higashi Hongan-ji Temple, Teramotoenga, was dispatched by the Japanese military to keep a detailed record of his journey tO Tibet and his activities there. A Journey to Tibet and Inner Mongolia, the book compiled by his son and publishing houses after his death, can well be regarded as a "confession" of Japanese preparation of infiltrating Tibet. In light of the book mentioned above and some reference books, this article attempts to explain and analyze the reasons why Japan picked up a Buddhist figure in such a typical period of time to pursue its activities in China and the attempt of the Japanese military. In the meanwhile, this article will try to present the live conditions of his activities in Tibet and disclose the reason of their failure.
