摘　　要：主要阐述了带式输送机自动拉紧装置中涡流绞车在控制系统上存在的缺陷和不足,根据现场工况条件选择功能完善、可靠成熟的国产化液压自动拉紧装置进行技术改造,保证了设备控制系统的平衡运行,满足了德兴铜矿富家坞钢芯胶带输送机的正常生产需要。The defects and insufficiency in the control system of automatic tensioning device for belt conveyor in eddy current winch are mainly expounded. According to the site conditions to select the perfect function and reliable localization hydraulic automatic tensioning device to make a technical transformation, to ensure the balanced operation of equipment control system and meet the normal production of Dexing Copper Mine Fujiawu steel core belt conveyor.
