摘　　要：目的采用应变率成像定量,对尼可地尔在治疗缺血心肌时对其功能的影响加以评价。方法选取36例心肌缺血疾病患者作为对象,对其给予尼可地尔进行治疗,并且采取应变率成像技术,评定该药物对缺血心肌功能的影响。结果 0级组SRs在治疗后1个月较治疗前增高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;3级组与治疗前比较,术后1个月Ve/Va增高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论应变率定量技术及速度等指标在评价缺血心肌局部舒缩功能方面有应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effects on function in nicorandil treatment of myocardial ischemia adopt strain rate imaging in quantitative. Methods Selected 36 cases with myocardial ischemia disease as the object, treatmented with nicorandil, adopt strain rate imaging technique and evaluated effects on the drug on ischemic myocardial function. Results SRs in the one months after treatment than before treatment increased, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, the 3 groups compared with that before treatment, after one months of Ve/Va increased, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The quantitative technique of strain rate and speed indicators has application value in the evaluation of ischemic myocardial regional systolic and diastolic function.
