摘　　要：目的探讨分析地肤子、蛇床子等在治疗会阴侧切口皮肤硬肿的临床疗效。方法选取我院就诊的会阴侧切口皮肤硬肿患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例,观察组患者采取地肤子、蛇床子等中药湿敷、理疗;对照组采取常规治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论地肤子、蛇床子等治疗会阴侧切口皮肤硬肿效果显著。Objective To explore and analysis clinical effect of fructus cnidii fructus kochiae and so on in treatment of perineal incision skin lesion. Methods Selected 68 patients with perineal incision skin lesion in our hospital, divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group has 34 cases , the patients in the observation group were taken, fructus cnidii fructus kochiae and wet compress with traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy, the control group received conventional treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The treatment effect of observation group was obviously higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Fructus cnidii and fructus kochiae treatment of perineal incision hard swollen skin effect is signiifcant.
