探讨应用自制护理操作安全卡对降低护理给药错误率的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用自制护理操作安全卡对降低护理给药错误率的效果影响。方法 在建立非惩罚护理不良事件上报系统的基础上,分别从病例调阅室调取了2013年4-10月与2014年4-10月在我院住院的患者资料,各选3 660件护理给药事件,进行了自制护理操作安全卡应用前后的给药错误率对比。结果 在使用自制护理操作安全卡后,2014年4-10月护理操作当中出现的给药错误率为（1-99.6%）,比2013年4-10月的（1-98.8%）有所减少,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 采用自制护理操作安全卡,进一步规范了护理操作给药流程,明确给药职责,让患者主动参与安全管理,降低了护理给药错误率,并且对于管理机制的完善也进行了优化和改良,提升了护理工作效率和准确性,进一步优化了护理服务。Objective To explore the effect of self-made nursing security card on reduce nursing medication errors rate. Methods In establishing the punishment, on the basis of nursing adverse event reporting system, respectively from 2013 cases of read the room from the 4-10 months from April to October in 2014 patients hospitalized in our hospital, the selected 3 660 nursing events, the homemade nursing operation security card application of dosing error rate before and after contrast. Results in the use of homemade nursing after operation security card, from April to October 2014 nursing procedures of dosing error rate for （1-99.6%）, compared to 2013 from April to October （1-98.8%）, P〈0.05, the difference is statistical y significant. Conclusion Self-designed nursing security card standardize the nursing operation process, clear the responsibility, let patients participate in safety management actively, reduced nursing medication error rate. And improvement of the management mechanism is optimized, it improved the nursing work efifciency and accuracy, further optimized the nursing service at the same time.
