摘 要:目的研究肠道病毒在健康人群及环境水体中的分布情况,为指导脊髓灰质炎疫苗衍生病毒(VDPV)事件的调查处理,以及研究水中肠道病毒对公众健康带来的风险提供依据。方法选择新疆喀什市作为监测点,在同一个月份内采集150份健康人群粪便标本及1份污水处理厂入水口水样进行肠道病毒分离和鉴定。结果 150份粪便标本中,检出肠道病毒(EV)15株,阳性率10.0%;环境污水中检出肠道病毒(EV)11株,其中脊髓灰质炎病毒(PV)2株,埃可病毒(ECHOV)9株。结论新疆喀什市健康人群及环境污水中肠道病毒广泛存在,环境污水监测能了解脊髓灰质炎疫苗衍生病毒(VDPV)流行分布范围,有效指导VDPV事件的调查处理,同时也为进一步研究污水中肠道病毒为公众健康带来的风险提供重要的背景信息。Objective To determine prevalence of human enterovirus in healthy people and environmental sewage, to pro- vide basis for investigating events of derivation virus of poliomyelitis vaccine and researching risk of enterovirus in water to public health. Methods Kashgar was chosen as a monitoring site, 150 feces samples of healthy people and one environ- mental sewage were collected to isolate and identify enterovirus. Results There were positive in the 150 feces samples for 15 strains of enterovirus with positive rate of 10.0%, in sewage for 11 strains of enterovirus, including 2 strains of poliovirus and 9 strains of ECHO-viruses. Conclusions Enterovirus exists widely in healthy people and environmental sewage in Kashgar. Environment surveillance is helpful for understanding popular distribution range of vaccine-derived poliovirus (VD- PV) and guiding the investigation and handling VDPV event effectively. At the same time, important background information can be provided for further study on enterovirus risks to public health.
