摘　　要：以石膏为原料在实验室采用热法制备硫酸钙晶须纤维,分析了制备过程中淤浆浓度、分散剂、搅拌速率、升温速率控制以及晶须纤维的热稳定化处理等影响因素,并对硫酸钙晶须纤维在建筑行业、塑料行业、橡胶行业、造纸行业、胶乳和油漆行业等的广泛应用进行了展望。Taking gypsum as raw material in the laboratory using thermal preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers fibers, analyzes the factors in the process of preparing the slurry concentration, dispersing agent,stirring rate,temperature rising rate control and whisker fiber thermal stabilization treatment effect,and the wide application of calcium sulfate whiskers fibers in the construction industry,plastic industry, rubber industry,papermaking latex paint industry,and the prospects for the industry etc.
