摘　　要：高校基建工程事关广大师生的根本利益,对其实施有效管理意义重大。本文就高校基建工程管理方面存在的诸多问题进行了细致分析,并从提高管理人员专业水平、强化材料质量管理、引入组织论管理理念、加强工序控制、改进对监理单位和施工单位的管理等方面提出了优化措施。Executing effective management of university infrastructure projects is significant since it is related to the fundamental interests of teachers and students. In this paper, many problems in the management of university infrastructure projects are analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis, several optimal measures are proposed from the aspects of improving the professional level of managers, enhancing material quantity management, introducing the theory of organization management, strengthening the processes control and improving the management of supervision units and construction units,etc.
