摘 要:依据钢塑复合管输送流体时钢材与流体的相对关系,首先设计了完全可以用于评价钢塑复合管耐腐蚀性的棒状标准试件,并将封装后的棒状试件安装在不同种类的溶液中进行浸泡平行试验,然后检测溶液中Fe浓度的变化,并依据Fe浓度的增加量来评判不同的有机高分子材料对不同溶液的阻隔性,据此提出不同的有机高分子材料与钢管的复合管道的适宜使用范围,即:PP与钢管的复合管道可以长时间输送酸、碱、盐溶液;PVC与钢管的复合管道可以长时间输送酸性和中性盐溶液,但只能短时间输送碱性溶液;丁腈橡胶与钢管的复合管道仅可以长时间输送中性盐溶液和短时间输送碱性溶液,而不能输送酸性溶液。Based on the relationship between the steel and fluid transported by steel-plastic composite pipe, the clavate standard test specimen was designed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the pipe. The sealed specimen was submerged into different solution for 20 days. The Fe ion concentration in the solution before and after immersion was determined. The increase of the concentration could be used to evaluate the isolation of different organic polymer from different solution. The applicable ranges of steel pipes with different complex plastic was susgested. The steel-polypropylene composite pipe could be used to transport solutions of acid, base and salt for a long time. The steel-PVC composite pipe could be utilized to transport solutions acid and neutral salt for a long time, base solution for a short time. The steel-chemigum composite pipe could be employed to convey neutral salt solution for a long time only and alkaline solution for a short time, but could not be applied to transport acidic solution.
