摘  要:采用磷氮系阻燃剂HT-2、磷酸盐系阻燃剂F-240、玻璃纤维、滑石粉、润滑剂对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯进行改性,研究了阻燃剂对复合材料性能的影响,考察了玻纤、填充剂对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,磷氮系阻燃剂阻燃效果优于磷酸盐系阻燃剂,玻纤含量为30%、阻燃剂含量为16%、滑石粉含量为4%、OPE蜡含量为0.5%时,PBT复合材料的阻燃级别达到UL94 V-0级,具有良好的加工性能和力学性能,冲击强度达到10.2k J/m2,拉伸强度超过120MPa,弯曲强度超过150MPa。Nitrogen phosphorus flame retardant HT-2, phosphate flame retardant F-240, glass fiber, talcum powder, lubricant were used to modifiy the property of polyethylene terephthalate (PBT) , the effects of flame retardant, glass fiber, filler on the properties of the composite materials were studied. The results showed that, the effect of the phosphorus nitrogen flame retardant was better than the phosphate flame retardant of PBT when the content of glass fiber was 30%, flame retardant was 16%, talcum powder was 4%, and OPE powder was 0.5%,the composites can reach flame-retardant level of UL94 V-0, it had excellent processing performance and mechanical properties, impact strength reached 10.2 kJ/m2, the tensile strength and the bending strength was more than 120MPa, 150MPa, respectively.
