摘　　要：丁基橡胶接枝不同的硅烷偶联剂,加入一定组分引发剂,利用转矩流变仪在100℃下混炼而成。以接枝的丁基橡胶作为基料,加入填料制成双玻内层密封胶。研究了不同的硅烷偶联剂对密封胶性能的影响,从而确定玻璃用密封胶的实验工艺。In this paper, insulating glass sealant was prepared by butyl rubber as the base material, kneaded together using a torque rheometer at 140℃ .In order to improve the adhesive properties of sealant and glass in the insulating glass sealant formulation, the effects of coupling agents on processing flow, temperature fluidity, the room temperature hardness, and water-cooking sealability were discussed. And ultimately determine with good performance insulating glass sealant formulations.
