摘  要:N-十六烷基吗啉是一种重要的精细化工产品,广泛应用于生产表面活性剂、矿物浮选剂、农业化学品、防腐剂、医药和树脂固化剂。其在矿物浮选方面的使用尤为重要,在氯化钾装置采用的最先进的反浮选-冷结晶法浮选工艺中,均以N-十六烷基吗啉为主的复合浮选剂,本文以十六醇和吗啉为原料,在Ni-Cu负载型催化剂的作用下,临氢连续低压合成N-十六烷基吗啉,十六醇的单程转化率为96.83%,产品收率达到93.79%,产品纯度为96%。N-hexadecyl morpholine is one of the important fine chemical products, widely used in surface active agent, mineral flotation, agricultural chemicals, preservatives, pharmaceuticals and resin curing agent, especially important for its use in mineral flotation. Among the potassium chloride (KC1) plant which adopts the most advanced reverse flotation-cold crystallization method in flotation process, N-hexadecyl morpholine is mainly used for composite flotation agent. The process was studied in this article, which N-dodecyl morpholine was synthesized under hydrogen and continuous law pressure conditions with the hexadecanol and morpholine as raw material and the function of Ni-Cu supported-type catalyst, the per pass conversion of hexadecanol was 96.83%, the yield of the product reached 93.79%, the purity of the product was 96%.
