摘 要:本文以TiCl4为前驱体,以FeCl3为原料,制备掺杂铁量不等纳米TiO2样品,并通过XRD、XRF、HR-TEM、STEMEDS-Mapping等方法对样品进行表征和分析。实验结果表明,随着掺铁量的增加,TiO2晶格畸变显著增大,晶体的缺陷逐渐由点缺陷、线缺陷向面缺陷发展,发现Fe3+掺杂量为0.01%时,样品对紫外-可见光吸收边带值最佳,纳米TiO2的光催化活性也达到最佳。Different amount of iron-doped nano TiO2 samples were prepared with TIC14 as the precursor and FeC13 as raw material, and the samples were characterized and analyzed throuth XRD, XRF, HR-TEM, STEM EDS-Mapping and other methods.The results of the experiment showed that ,with the increase in the amount of iron doped,TiO2 lattice distortion increased significantly, crystal defect gradually from point defects, line defects to the development of surface defects, and the the sample's absorption value of the visible-ultraviolet achieved optimal, photocatalytic activity of nanometer, TiO2 reached the best,when the amount of doped Fe3+ was 0.01%.
