摘　　要：介绍了Alimand卷取机在某特种纸机上应用过程发生的下辊故障和处理过程,并结合实际应用介绍了相关设备的维护经验、处理方法和注意事项。The experience of application of an Alimand winder in Hengfeng PM16 special paper machine were introduced, it included the fault phenomena, troubleshooting procedures, equipment maintainence as well the points for attention in operation.
