硝苯地平联合卡托普利对于高血压的疗效作用

摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平联合卡托普利对于高血压的疗效作用。方法回顾性分析我院从2014年1月至2015年1月这一时间段内前来我院就诊的高血压患者180名进行分析比对，按照随机原则和平均原则将这180名患者分为卡托普利组、硝苯地平纽和联合用药组，每组各由60名病患组成。其中卡托普利组单独使用卡托普利进行高血压的治疗，硝苯地平组单独使用硝苯地平进行治疗，联合用药组则采取两种药物相结合的治疗方法。结果三组患者的收缩压和舒张压经过治疗后都明显降低（P〈0．05），但是，与单独用药的两个小组相比，联合用药组的收缩压和舒张压降低得更为明显（P〈0．05），两个单独用药的小组在降压效果方面没有显著性差异（P〉0．05）；联合用药组总有效率为96．2％，明显高于硝苯地平组（87．5％）和卡托普利组（86．2％）（P〈0．05），硝苯地平组与卡托普利组在总有效率方面亦无显著性差异（P〉o．05）；三个组的不良反应发生率均无显著性差异（p〉0．05）。结论硝苯地平联合卡托普利对于高血压的治疗，疗效显著，优于两种药物的单独使用情况，具有推广价值。objective： to study the curative effect of nifedipine combined captopril for high blood pressure. Methods： a retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, the time to come to our hospital, 180 hypertension patients were analyzed, and the aver- age in accordance with the principle of random principle will be the 180 patients were divided into eaptopril group and nifedipine group and combination group, each group is made up of 60 patients. The eaptopril group separately using eaptopril for the treatment of high blood pres- sure, nifedipine group using nifedipine therapy alone, combined treatment group treated with the combination of the two drugs. Results： the three groups of patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, but, compared with the two teams alone, combined treatment group of systolic and diastolic blood pressure reduced more significantly （P 〈 0.05）, two separate medical team has no significant difference in the antihypertensive effect （13 〉 0.05）; Combined treatment group total effective rate was 96. 2%, significantly higher than the nifedipine group （87. 5%） and captopril group （86. 2%） （P 〈 0.05）, nifedipine group and captopril group there is no significant difference in total effective rate （P 〉 0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions of three group were no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusions： nifedipine combined captopril for the treatment of high blood pressure, curative effect is distinct, is better than that of the two drugs used individually, has promotion value.
