汽轮机隔板强度计算方法的比较

摘　　要：针对某汽轮机的中压第一级隔板,采用常规计算方法和有限元法分别进行了强度计算及分析。结果表明,有限元分析得到的结论与常规方法相同,从而印证了其在隔板设计上的工程实用性,具备替代常规方法的可能。This paper proovides the calculations and analyses of the the strengths of the 1st diaphragm at IP stage manufactured by a steam turbine faetory by using both the eonoentional method and the finite element method. The results show that the caeulation results by both methods are identical, implying the finite element method is suitable for the diaphragm design as substitution of the conventional one.
