摘　　要：针对中国人民银行某支行原有中央空调非智能控制和不节能的缺陷,设计了一套基于GSM网络的中央空调智能群控节能系统。系统选择PLC控制变频调速,配合温度传感器和智能电动阀控制进出水,采用西门子Win CC触摸屏设计人机交互界面,实现中央空调控制系统各参数的设置和远程智能启动,最后通过GSM网路实现中央空调运行数据的远程传输。用户可利用手机或者电脑终端监控整套系统。通过运行表明,该系统能够实现远程监控管理和智能控制并具有良好的节能效益。According to a branch of the People＇s Bank of China＇s original central air conditioning of non intelligentcontrol and no energy saving design defects,a central air-conditioning intelligent control energy saving system is de-signed based on GSM network. The PLC is selected to control frequency conversion and the water inlet and outlet iscontrolled by the temperature sensor and intelligent electric valve. Using Siemens WinCC touch screen man-machineinterface design,it can realize the central air conditioning control system parameters setting and intelligent remotestart and finally achieve the remote transmission of central air conditioning operation data via GSM network. The us-er can use the mobile phone or the computer terminal to monitor the whole system. By running show,the system canrealize remote monitoring management and intelligent control and has a good energy efficiency.
