摘　　要：目的 :研制一种多功能呼吸机,用于野战环境及抢险救灾时危重伤病员呼吸衰竭的救治。方法 :呼吸机采用电动电控原理设计,由主控单元和显示屏2个部分组成,集通气参数监测、报警于一体,具有有创与无创通气的各种呼吸模式。配件包括电池组件、气瓶组件、机械臂、患者管路组件等。结果:该呼吸机可在野战及海上救护环境下展开工作,显著提高了野战条件下战伤后严重呼吸衰竭伤员的救治成功率。结论:该呼吸机操作简便、携带方便、稳定可靠、功能强大,可适应野战环境的需求,值得推广应用。Objective To develop a field multi-function ventilator for the patient with respiratory failure at wartime and peacetime. Methods The ventilator controlled and powered electronically was composed of a main control unit and a graphical user interface（GUI）, which could realize ventilation parameters monitoring and alarming, and invasive and noninvasive ventilation via Assist/Control, SIMV, CPAP and other modes. The accessories included a lithium battery assembly, an oxygen cylinder, a patient circuit positioning arm, patient circuit assemblies, etc. Results The ventilator improved the treatment of respiratory failure casualties at field or sea conditions. Conclusion The ventilator has easy operation, high stability and reliability, and thus is worthy popularizing in field conditions.
