自动清洗集污罐的研制及其在口腔科中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了使口腔科的牙椅能够使用医院中心负压系统,研制一种自动清洗集污罐。方法 :根据牙椅被吸污物的特点进行设计,在口腔科与医院中心负压系统之间加装一个自动清洗集污罐,采用水位控制。先把污物吸到罐内,当污物达到上线水位时自动进行冲洗、排污,当达到下线水位时自动停止。结果:该装置能自动清洗和及时地排走集污罐内的污物,避免了集污罐内污物满后进入医院中心负压系统管道及真空罐内造成阻塞和污染,也节省了人力。结论:自动清洗集污罐的使用解决了口腔科与医院中心负压系统直接相连出现的问题,实现了医院内资源共享,值得推广应用。Objective To develop an auto-cleaning and sewage collection tank in order to involve central negative-pressure system in dental unit. Methods The tank was integrated between stomatology department and hospital central negative-pressure system, with water-level control realized. The tank sucked the sewage automatically, and then auto rinsing and drainage were started in case the sewage exceeded the upper water line and ceased in case the lower water line was reached. Results The tank could eliminate the sewage collected so that the obstruction and pollution could be avoided in the pipeline of hospital central negative-pressure system and vacuum tank. Conclusion The tank solves the problems due to the direct connection between stomatology department and hospital central negative-pressure system, and realizes resource sharing in the hospital, which is worthy popularizing practically.
