多种影像学检查联合诊断阴道斜隔综合征的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 :分析阴道斜隔综合征在不同影像学检查中的表现,探讨多种影像学检查联合诊断阴道斜隔综合征的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析5例阴道斜隔综合征患者资料,术前行多种影像学检查,包括B超检查,子宫输卵管造影,隔后腔造影,静脉肾盂造影(intravenous pyelography,IVP),泌尿生殖系计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)、核磁共振成像(nucler magnetic resonance,MRI)等,总结阴道斜隔综合征在不同影像学检查中的特点。结果:5例患者中,双子宫、双宫颈4例,单角子宫1例,5例均有患侧阴道斜隔内积血及患侧的肾脏缺如。Ⅰ型1例,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅲ型1例。结论:单一的检查容易造成漏诊、误诊,联合多种影像学检查能获得更多元、更全面的信息,对阴道斜隔综合征的诊断、分型及诊疗前评估具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the manifestations of oblique vaginal septum syndrome in different imaging examinations,and to investigate the diagnostic value of combined imaging examinations for the syndrome. Methods Five patients with oblique vaginal septum syndrome underwent multi imaging examinations before operation, including B-ultrasonic examination, hysterosalpingography, intravenous pyelography（IVP）, urogenital CT and urogenital MRI. The manifestations of oblique vaginal septum syndrome were summarized for different imaging examinations. Results There were four cases of double uterus, double cervix and one case of unicornuate uterus. All the five patients suffered from haematocele and kidney absence on the oblique septum side, including one case of type I, three cases of type II and one case of type III.Conclusion Misdiagnosis may occur when there is one imaging examination involved in for the diagnosis of oblique vaginal septum syndrome, and combined imaging examinations are of significance for its diagnosis, classification and evaluation.
