摘　　要：分析了医用内窥镜在日常消毒与灭菌中存在的安全隐患,从设备统筹管理不当、科室规划不合理、隔离预防意识不强等方面剖析了影响内窥镜消毒与灭菌质量的因素,提出了制定相关消毒灭菌制度、提高安全防范意识、规范消毒灭菌流程等解决措施,加强了内窥镜的使用安全,保证了内窥镜的安全管理。The safety risks of the medical endoscope were analyzed during daily disinfection and sterilization, and the factors affecting the disinfection and sterilization were pointed out from the aspects of equipment comprehensive management, department planning and awareness for isolation protection. Some measures were proposed to promote the safety management of the medical endoscope, including preparing disinfection and sterilization regulation, enhancing safety awareness, standardizing disinfection and sterilization flow, etc.
