摘　　要：介绍了医院医疗设备购置管理的现状,阐述了购置管理的关键环节及存在问题,并在此基础上从计划编制、预算控制、采购实施、质量验收4个环节提出了具体的管控措施,并指出对医疗设备购置的关键环节进行管控可以规范医院医疗设备购置程序,提高设备购置的质量和效益,对医疗设备购置管理工作起到积极的促进作用。The present situation, key links and problems of hospital medical equipment procurement were introduced, and some measures were proposed for its management and control from the aspects of plan preparation, budget control, procurement implementation and quality inspection. The management and control of the key links may enhance the flow and benefit of hospital medical equipment procurement.
