摘 要:去分化脂肪(dedifferentiated fat,DFAT)细胞,由于来源广泛、取材方便、增殖能力强、免疫原性低、表型稳定,很大程度上符合再生医学对理想种子细胞的要求,现已成为各个领域的研究热点。本文对体外诱导DFAT细胞向多个方向分化的诱导方法及DFAT细胞在动物模型体内的多向分化和组织修复特性进行了综述。目前对DFAT的研究仍滞留于寻求更高效的分化诱导因子的早期阶段,若欲将DFAT细胞作为再生医学的种子细胞投入临床应用,仍需大量的研究与探索。Dedifferentiated fat ( DFAT) cells, which to a large extent meet the demands for the ideal seed cells of the regenerative medicine research for its extensive sources , convenient drawing , strong proliferation ability , weak immunogenicity and stable phenotype , have become a research hotspot in many fields.This thesis conducts a review on the induction methods of the differentiation of induced DFAT cells in vitro into multiple directions , the multi-directional differentiation and the tissue repairing features of DFAT cells.At present , the study on DFAT cells still stagnates at the early stage of seeking for more efficient differentiation inducing factors .A large amount of research and exploration remains to be done before DFAT cells are put into clinical use as the seed cells in the research of regenerative medicine .
