摘　　要：随着我国高等教育规模的不断扩大,高等教育早已从昔日的"精英教育"发展到今天的"大众教育"。在这样的时代背景下,大学生的就业指导工作应该紧跟时代发展,转变思路,从多方面开展,大学生就业指导工作的内容、方法也要与时俱进,不断丰富、完善和发展。只有这样,才能提高高等教育的质量,实现高等教育的可持续发展。With the expansion of China’s higher education ,it has already developed from the past“elite education”to“popular education” today . In this background , employment guidance for college students should develop with the times ,change the way of thinking and carry it out in different ways .The employment guidance work and methods for col-lege students should advance with the times and constantly we enrich ,improve and develop it .Only in this way ,can we improve the quality of higher education and develop it in a sustainable way .
