摘 要:通过调研分析铁路客运专线突发传染病发生流行特点,对铁路客运专线传染病疫情发生可能性进行了评估,确定铁路站车须要重点控制的传染病种和应当注意监测的传染病种。提出以呼吸道传染病和消化道传染病防控技术措施为着力点,加快建立铁路交通系统突发传染病防控体系,构建快速高效的客运专线传染病防控应急机制思路。研究设计了适应铁路客运专线运营方式的突发传染病防控体系,三位一体联控机制,疫情风险评估机制方案,提出实现铁路客运专线卫生防疫应急机制的技术条件。According to the investigation and analysis of epidemiological characteristics of the emergency infection occurred in passenger dedicated line of railway, we evaluated the possibility of infectious diseases occurring on the passenger dedicated line, determined the infectious diseases to should be controlled and monitored. Prevention and control measures of the respiratory infectious disease and digestive infectious disease were proposed as the focal point to establish prevention and control system for the emergency infection occurred on railway and to construct fast and effective emergency mechanism to the infectious disease occurred in passenger dedicated line. We have studied and designed prevention and control system of the emergency infection, control mechanism of three-in-one and epidemic risk assessment scheme mechanism, proposed the technical conditions realizing the epidemic prevention emergency mechanism of railway passenger dedicated line.
