A Meta-analysis on Association of Sport Performance with ACE Genetic Polymorphisms in Adult Athletes of Chinese Han Nationality

摘  要:评价中国汉族成年运动员血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性与运动能力的相关性。方法:检索CNKI、万方、维普等数据库,获得中国汉族成年人ACE基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性与运动能力的对照试验文献,进行文献质量评价。Stata12.0进行Meta分析。结果:13篇文献纳入Meta分析。1中国汉族成年人ACE I等位基因频率与增加的运动能力显著相关(p<0.05);亚组分析显示:女性的相关性非常显著(p<0.01);2中国汉族成年人ACE DD基因型频率与下降的运动能力显著相关,(p<0.05);亚组分析显示:与下降的有氧耐力运动能力的相关性显著(p<0.05)。3 Egger检验发表偏倚。13篇ACE I等位基因频率、DD基因型、ID基因型和II基因型与运动能力的文献漏斗图对称性均较好;除ID基因型以外,13篇文献均无显著发表偏倚(p>0.05)。结论:现有证据显示:中国汉族成年人ACE I等位基因频率、DD基因型频率与运动能力显著相关,在女性和有氧耐力运动项目中相关性显著。The purpose of this paper is to assess the association of sport performance with ACE genetic polymorphisms in adult athletes of Chinese Han Nationality. By searching from the CNKI, Wanfang, and VIPdatabase, thirteen controlled trial references are ac- quired, and then qualitative assessment and meta-analysis conducted. Results show: (1)There was remarkable association of increased sport performance with ACE I allele in Chinese adults of Hart Nationality (p〈0.05). With respect to gender, ACE I a!,lele was found to be associated with increased sport performance in women (p〈0.01). (2) There was remarkable association of decreased sport perfor- mance With ACE DD genotype in Chinese adults of Han Nationality (p〈0.05). With respect to sports discipline, ACE DD genotype was found to be associated with decreased sport performance in endurance sports (p〈0.05). (3)There were no remarkable publication bias after Egger test in references (p〈0.05). Conclusions: This meta-analysis provides insights into the association of sport performance with ACE genetic polymorphisms in Chinese adults of Han Nationality.
