摘　　要：随着装备建设和信息技术的发展,构建军事装备采购知识库是必要的和可能的。其主要功能和作用是,对装备采购信息资源集中进行采集、存储、沉淀和加工管理,特别是对实时信息和隐性知识进行处理和转化,为装备领域人员提供一个全天候的学习交流共享平台。装备采购知识库的设计,应遵循服务个性化、数据规范化、平台可视化和知识共享性、系统扩展性的原则。装备采购知识库由固有知识库、网络实时信息资源库和人工即时信息资源库三大板块组成,分别管理已有知识信息资源、实时从网络获取的资源和人工随时添加的隐性知识。With development of equipment construction and information technology,it＆#39;s necessary and possible to build a knowledge base of military equipment acquisition.The main function and role of this knowledge base should be collection,storage,management and processing of equipment acqui-sition information,especially for real-time information processing and conversion of tacit knowledge to provide a 24-hour platform for staff to learn and share.The design of knowledge base should follow the principles of service personalization,data normalization,platform visualization,knowledge sha-ring and system scalability.The knowledge base is composed of three sections：inherent knowledge base module,online real-time information base module and manual information base module to man-age known knowledge information resources,resource captured online in real time and tacit knowl-edge to be added manually at any time.
