摘  要:传统的雷达信号测试系统常采用基带正交调制实现,但此类系统对幅相偏差所产生镜频的抑制能力比较有限(一般为-35dBc),且带内平坦度仅±3dBc。为了提高雷达信号的品质,提出一种超宽带雷达信号测试系统方案。系统使用泰克的AWG7082C任意波形发生器(简称AWG)中内嵌的RFXpress软件编辑生成中频信号,经超宽带数字上变频输出后给高速数字示波器进行采样、分析并校准,可得到复杂环境下的多种体制高品质雷达信号。经实验证明:该系统避免了基带正交调制的弊端,对镜频抑制可达-50dBc,经校准后的信号带内平坦度小于±1dBc,适应了多数超宽带雷达系统测试的需要。The traditional radar signal test system used to generate radar signal through baseband quadrature modulation. However, the system has the limited ability to restrain the image frequency arose from the deviations of amplitude and phase(-35 dBc generally), and the in-band flatness is only + 3 dBc. To en- hance the quality of radar signal, an test system for generating ultra-wideband(UWB) radar signal is proposed. The system makes use of Tecktronix AWG 7082C arbitrary waveform generator(AWG) to synthesize and generate intermediate frequency(IF) signal with RFXpress software, then converts the IF signal to radio frequency(RF) signal by UWB digital up-conversion. Finally, high-speed digital oscilloscope can sample, an- alyze and calibrate the RF signal. Multiple kinds of high quality radar signal can be generated in complicated environment. Test results show that the system can eliminate the defect of baseband quadrature modulation, especially it can restrain image frequency perfectly (- 50 dBc), and the in-band flatness is less than ~ 1 dBc. Therefore, the system can adapt to the need of testing most of UWB radar system excellently.
